"many of us suffers from acne or commonly called pimples , many says that too much sebum or oil is the cause of pimples but here are some ways to prevent pimples:"
- when washing your face , first wash your face with a luke warm water it will help clean the face by opening the pores, then wash it with soap in a circular mode , in rinsing your face use cold water to close the pores so that dirt and bacteria wont get easily infect your face.
- be sure that your face is not always
- do not touch your face if your hand is dirty.
- keep your hair away from your face , because hair also produce oil.
remember there are many other ways to eliminate and prevent acne or pimples.
